THE MYSTERIES OF THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN
The focus of this sermon would be the mystery of the word of the Kingdom of heaven. The Kingdom of heaven is the government of heaven. It is the governmental influence of God in the life of man. Jesus was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom will come. He told them that the kingdom will not come by their observation (Luke 17:20), because at the time they asked, King; Jesus was there amongst them.
God created Adam and He gave him Dominion and the Domain. However Adam lost both the Dominion and the Domain. God therefore decided He is going to restore the Dominion and the Domain. Christianity is about having this Domain and Dominion; the power with God and the power with men . Since Adam had failed, so God decided he would send the seed and this seed would bruise the head of the serpent; the devil.
God would not rest until the seed bruised the head of the serpent. God therefore looked and established the prototype of his kingdom thru someone: Abraham. God informed them that He wants to make them a kingdom of priests but He did not succeed. God will not do anything on earth until he has revealed it onto His servants. God gave King Nebuchadnezzar a dream in Daniel 2:1- 37. You, O king, are a king of kings. For the God of heaven has given you a kingdom, power, strength, and glory; and wherever the children of men dwell, or the beasts of the field and the birds of the heaven, He has given them into your hand, and has made you ruler over them all—you are this head of gold.
This is what Jesus came to give unto us the Kingdom the power, the glory of God and strength. Daniel 2:38-44 The Kingdom brought by Jesus I will never be over throne. Jesus is always on the throne.
Daniel saw the vision “This image’s head was of fine gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs[c] of bronze, 33 its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay a statue”… These are 5 Kingdoms are going to reign but they will overthrow one after the other. However the last kingdom of Rome, they made the roads for the gospel to travel. There are things in our lives that cannot be restrained, not even by the devil. God will ultimately do his promises in lives, the dreams, the business, and the marriages will come to pass.
Jesus has become that rock, which the scripture quotes in Psalm 125:1 They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abides forever.. We are built on a rock and we have become just like a rock. Peter 1:5 we are the living stones.
The revelation of God’s word is the resource God uses to build. Why did the sower decide to sow a seed? Why not use a leaf. Seed is the only thing that has the ability to reproduce. 1 Peter 1:23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God Peter not by corruptible but the incorruptible seed. Revelation is the word of god. A Pastor who prays for an individual is actually sowing a seed. James 3:1 Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness. As such nothing just happens. Jesus sows the seeds. When the birds ate the seed, the harvest was then lost. The harvest was also lost because the plants were scorched by the sun.
The quest for worldliness will choke our seed. When we are in doubt, we choke the seed. Some Christians tithe, and they are regulars at church but there is no result. What is the mystery? In Mat 13:14 Jesus answers that this is done so that those who listen will hear but not understand. He further explains that the disciples would know the secret truth, they will understand the code. These would know what is being said to the church so that they may enjoy the benefits of the word of God and will have more productivity in the church.
Then it is important that I make God my favourite, so that He may make me as His favourite too. The bible says in James 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded when we draw nigh in to me. He is a covenant keeping God he would surely draw near. For that reason what God has prepared the devil cannot come steal it.
How can I have eternal life?
There is a need for every church member to have a supernatural birth. It is dangerous to be a member of church who is not and not a member of the body of Christ. The body of Christ is the Christ in us which is the hope of glory.
Consequently we need to know the Kingdom walk, how we can enjoy the wisdom in Matthew 13. The Lord’s economy is different from the world’s economy. The only creator is God; everything else we have is made from the natural resources. However we can be creators through the use of the word of God in order to be fruitful. This is how it follows through;
1. We first need to get the Holy information that we should meditate upon.
2. Which in turn gives a divine a revelation
3. As a result then there is a transformation, because of the understanding of the word.
4. This gives root to the manifestation of the word.
5. Then the faith which subsequently results in the anointing.
We should note that when we are anointed, and the enemy; devil attacks with illness then the anointing attacks the illness. It is not for illness only. In every aspect of our lives that we plant the seed which is the revelation, it will come to fruition.
