DOUBLE HONOUR
The season has come, that we may reset our destiny, reset our hearts and reset our minds. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, according to the book of Phillipians 2:5-11,in this month lets tap into the glory of God by being child`s servant. In Hebrews 9:14 (NKJV) “ How much more the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve living God?” As children of God, the kingdom of heaven is our inheritance by default, but to be commanders of blessing we need to get into a covenant with God according to his word – Isaiah 38:1-7. ”. As our Apostle Bright says: Every Christian is a son/child of God. To be a child is a privilege but to be a servant is a covenant. A child takes things/grace for granted for they know not what it takes to get what they want. Being a child entitles you to the blessings but not received -Hebrews 9:17 (NKJV). In the book of Galatians 4: 1-2 (NKJV) . To have a mindset of servanthood requires obedience of the heart. A servant has a fear of the master. In this month of resetting, reset that dial, reset that clock, reset that barometer back to zero. As we position ourselves to receive double blessings, double glory, double miracles from this month onwards, Let us forget about yesterday for tomorrow has come, it is a new dawn. Brethren prepare yourselves to be blown away from this month on as we are taking God up on His word.
Psalms 138:2 (NKJV) “I will worship toward Your holy temple, and praise Your name for Your loving kindness and Your truth; for you have magnified Your word above all Your name”
Gods word is His promise, His faithfulness and His revelation to His people. Isaiah 55:11 “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I shall please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it”. When we can praise God with our whole heart, we need not be unwilling for the whole world to witness the glory of Him in our lives .For God is Spirit, let us worship him in spirit and in truth, for the Father seek such to worship Him(John 4 :23),we do this with a heart inclined toward God and in submission to him. Mathew 6:33 (NKJV) “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you”.) As we align ourselves towards the attitude of servant hood may we do exploits as we move in the name of the King. May we seek to be son servant, working for God and be provokers of blessings.
